Questions from Staff Member About Bizzuka Prompts Public Response

Recently, one of our sales staff asked some questions about Bizzuka, all very good ones. Good enough, in fact, that I thought them worth sharing with you.
Does Bizzuka continue to be the largest, pure web developer in the state?
Though there is no single source you can turn to and verify it, all indications are that Bizzuka is the largest pure Web developer in the state.
Why should that distinction matter to our clients?
It matters for any number of reasons, mainly in terms of experience, expertise, stability and customer confidence.
If you compare us to a developer that has 30 clients, you might wonder how much experience they really have when it comes to Web development and design. You might also wonder how long they’ll be around if they only have 30 customers…and “currently paying” is the key metric here. I’ve seen some developers lay claim to hundreds of customers, but only a handful are still paying clients. If they’re not current customers, the immediate question is “why aren’t they?”
We have a strong and loyal customer base. Our clients can be assured of our stability. Many prospects we’re calling on are genuinely concerned about the stability of our competitors. One look at our client list usually alleviates their concerns about Bizzuka.
Additionally, if we’re growing this fast, then it would stand to reason that it is because people like what we produce. The testimonials we receive indicate they like our software, our designs, our expertise and our customer service. Our client retention rate confirms that they apparently like it well enough to stay with us year after year.
What is our client retention rate?
Last year our client retention rate was roughly 97.5% (lost 12 out of 480 – 8 of those went out of business).
In how many states do we have a presence?
We have clients in 42 states, plus Canada and the UK. Employees in 3. Resellers in 15.
How many employees do we now have?
24
How can I best explain our explosive growth to a prospect?
Our growth can be attributed to an aggressive sales force, of course, but I think it is also largely due to a better product. Our CMS is easier to use, more flexible and more powerful. Our graphic designs are very good, creative and effective.
